Lefty Malone's, an investigative site featuring indepth analysis of OTC-BB and Pink Sheet stocks will release its premier issue this week. (PRWEB) February 19, 2004--Lefty Malone's, a new web-based financial analysis site that bills itself as "Microcap Research With Attitude" will release its debut newsletter later this week. In addition to providing in depth reporting and analysis of individual stocks of interest, the site also plans to be a platform for promoting broad based reforms in the OTC-BB and Pink Sheet stock quotation services. "These markets have become a form of organized theft," said site editor Thomas "Lefty" Malone. "Although the individual company fraud pales in comparison to an Enron, collectively these stocks result in billions of dollars in investor losses a year," Malone continued. "The SEC is either too lazy or too inept to police these markets. We at Lefty's hope to bring enough external pressure on the SEC enforcement division to force them to address this blatent market corruption," concluded Malone. Malone described microcap fraud as depending on an "unholy alliance between corrupt CEOs, shady paid stock promoters, and dirty offshore money." "Throw in a complacent SEC who occasionally imposes slap on the wrist fines years after the fact, and you create a license to steal," said Malone.
